About Us

We are a small company based in Sale, Cheshire. Formed by Lynsey Cherrie in 2011 we specialise in personalised typographic prints for all ocassions. The idea was sparked by a university project which began as a part time business and within 6 months had grown into a full time business named formally known as Ciliegia Designs.

Proofs & Postage

All prices include p&p with the UK, please note we do not post outside of the UK.

For personalised prints we aim to get a proof over to you within 3 working days and your order will be delivered within 9 working days, usually before. If you require your order before this date please contact us to check your required delivery date is possible.

All 7x5 and 8x10 inch prints are wrapped in a protective cellophane bag, wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon. They are posted flat in a hard backed envelope. Larger sizes are posted rolled in tissue paper and posted in a sturdy postal tube.

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations personalised products are non cancellable and non refundable, this is to ensure that as sellers we are paid for any work undertaken.

Non personalised Prints - If you are not happy with your purchase or the item has been damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Colour

Please note that the colour of the actual print may vary slightly from what you see on the screen due to monitor settings etc.
